1985 MORE RECENT

I've been living and working in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 16 years, first as a publicist and editor for a little publishing company, then working exclusively in marketing/PR - for law firms. (Yes. Lawyers need PR!) After 14 years of long hours, exhausting travel and lost weekends, I started my own marketing/PR consultancy: Deane Marketing + Communications www.deanemarketing.com, and work with law firms, health care providers and consumer packaged goods companies throughout California, New York, Pennsylvania and D.C.

Yes. I still occasionally take out my sketch pad, especially on trips. But, I also find satisfaction in pursuing my hobby of writing marketing and lifestyle articles for local papers.

I wish I could join you for the reunion, especially seeing how much great work is going into it, e.g., this Web site!! But, unfortunately, my schedule at this time doesn't allow it. In the meantime, I've updated my photos w/ pics from my summer vaca to Iceland + Italy w/ friends. Funny how we look more and more like our mothers!
